Denise Kupferschmidt weaves a mythology, a spirituality of universalism, influenced by all prior, current, and yet-to-arise theologies; it is a personal mythology but all may find a share in it. As every culture has done since the beginning of humanity, she creates the images, idols, icons, and ceremonial items that are parts of her own myth, and takes a place in history. She acts as the sole member of her own culture, the only one to create the myth, to live with it, and to remember it.
